“ I stumbled upon this place because a really good friend of mine suggested it on Wednesday, but I found out they are only open on FriSun. So today, Friday, I was able to experience this wonderful place and support an excellent cause that is close to my heart. Soon as I walked in, the gentlemen with the locs and friendly disposition told me the place was cash only, and luckily, they had an ATM in the back, thank goodness. Knowing that it is a donation only establishment, I will be sure to have cash on hand when I go on Fridays. Then I, often a solo diner, had secured a table in the back, and the atmosphere of the cafe was warm, inviting, and friendly. I was greeted by a hospitable Amy and her accommodating husband, and they explained the delicious menu and the concept behind the cafe, and I am honored to support such a great cause. I got the Italy omelet and the butter pecan pancakes. Which was delicious and filling. I also got a cheesecake for my daughter. I will definitely be back on Fridays for my weekly cheat meal. I highly recommend patroning this cafe to support a great cause and enjoy wonderful food in the process. ”
“ Beautiful place with a little loving cause behind it all. The pancakes were so thick and delicious. Ugh. And the meat sausage, bacon and ham is so much superior to Dennys or IHOP ”
